    • Insulation: Specially formulated PVC compound IS 5831 to give glossy finished core with high flexibility.
    • Sheathing: Specially formulated PVC compound IS 5831 to give glossy finished core with high flexibility.
    • Unique Identification: Special knurled surface finish throughout the width of the cable for flat and knurled stripe is given for Round Multicore Flexible Cables to give unique identification.
    • Range: Flat as well as Round Multicore Flexible Cables can be offered from 3 cores to maximum 16 cores from sizes 0.5sq.mm to 4sq.mm and 3 cores & 4 cores in sizes 6sq.mm to 16sq.mm.
    • Extra Feature: We can also provide extra core of steel wire to provide mechanical strength to these flat cables with one such core for every 4 cores of Copper Conductors.

    Coaxial Cables for Cable TV Network are manufactured at its ultra modern plant at Daman. The stringent quality control measure coupled with Company’s R&D efforts ensure production of Coaxial Cables that are technologically superior and provide an ideal combination of electrical Cables the preferred choice for a variety of applications in CATV network.

    The center conductor is made of solid electrical grade 99.97 pure copper to ensure better signal transmission. The conductor is insulated with nitrogen gas, which is superior and environment friendly as compared to chemical foam. The double screen of special composite type bonded aluminium foil and special grade aluminium alloy branding of 60 % coverage ensure low loss in signal quality, additional mechanical strength and resistance to oxide formation in tropical whether conditions. The specially in-house formulated PVC compound used in the jacketing is UV and abrasion resistant.

    Coaxial Cables are fully tested for all parametres by computerized analyzer. Coaxial cables with steel wire armouring can also be supplied for underground applications.

    Silicon Fiber Glass Braided Cables is the best alternative to PVC, plastic and rubber insulated wire, widely used in high temperature applications. These cables have their prime applications in steel mills, foundries, glass factories, etc. Ensure overall abrasion resistance coverage, these cables are impregnated with high class insulating thermosetting varnish that can sustain wide range of temperature from 70 to 200 degree Celsius. With ability to retain excellent di-electric properties when burnt, these braided cables are flame retardant and self-extinguishing. In addition to this, these cables are also resistant to fungus, UV radiations, corona discharge, acids and manganese. These cables are made with tinned copper stranded wires that are wounded twice and overlapped with polyester films braided with fiberglass.
